Utility Application-Water/Sewer
If you own the home or building you would like water/sewer service to, no deposit is required however, there is a $25.00 processing fee (non-refundable).
If you are renting the home or building and have not had water/sewer service in your name before please enclose $100.00 with your application plus the $25.00 processing fee.

Automatic Bill Payment Application
The City of Angels Camp offers Automatic Bill Pay where your utility bill payment can be automatically be deducted from your bank account or billed to your credit card. To get signed up for auto withdrawal from your checking account, print out the application and send it to the City with a voided check. To get signed up for auto withdrawal from your credit card, please come to City Hall and complete the form.  At that time, we will take an imprint of the card you choose to use.

Business License Application
You will need to complete this application if your business is located within the City limits or you are doing business inside the City limits. Please call City Hall at 209-736-2181 for the fee for the license.

If your business is "Home Based" you also need to submit the Home Occupation Application

Building Permit
If you are not sure if your project requires a permit, please call the Building Department to find out. 736-1346. If you need to know if Water/Sewer hookups are available on a certain lot please call City Hall at 736-2181.
