8.     Time Extension for Classics on the Ridge Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map

(Project No. 2005.20)

Request to extend the time for a Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map for the Classics on the Ridge (now called The Gallery at Greenhorn Creek) for a three-year period.

 

The proposed project is a 55-lot detached single-family residential subdivision on 12.5 acres, and is located at the northwest corner of Greenhorn Creek Road and McCauley Ranch Road.  (APN 058-046-014)

 

9.     Visitor Accommodation (VA) Combining Zone Text Amendment

        Revised proposal to Amend Title 17 of the Municipal Code regarding visitor accommodation uses in Single-Family Residential zoning districts.  (Applicable City-wide.)  (Continued from the regular meetings of April 10 and June 12, 2008)
